| I have a compaq presario computer at home. i purchased it in february 2005. i have not used the computer since i purchasd it, except for typing documents in microsoft word. on sunday evening, when we had the bad storms in our area, something happened to my computer. i was only able to do a system recovery. the computer rebooted fine, but when i went on the computer tuesday night, it says "fatal error. contact the manufacturer." I don't know what to do. my warranty is up, and compaq tech support won't help me either. |
